Compositionally, the building includes two 4-storey L-shaped wings, forming the corner of the avenue leading into the city center. In terms of general aspect, the simplicity of volumes using curtain-wall systems of precast perforated panels made this solution, innovative for its time, very attractive, even to this day. The lateral volume was entirely made of precast concrete elements, to maintain a unity of style with the main wing. Today, the building is no longer used by the administration; the spaces are rented out to companies. The architecture was entirely preserved, if we were to ignore the aggressive signage and the lack of maintenance.

Construit în 1974.
