Fridin, the building accommodated the Board of the Supreme Council of the S.S.R.M., the Ministry of Exterior, Ministry of Culture and all state government structures – just like today, when it has become the official headquarters of the Government. The horseshoe-like floorplan is the expression of a simple and judicious concept. The architecture is defined by the vigorous rhythm of the vertical pilasters, with large, well-proportioned glazed spaces and façade modules anodised in black and gold, matching the aluminum joinery. The repetitive vertical columns connected with the cornice on the upper register organize and define the façades. The building is in an acceptable state of conservation, with maintenace works delivered periodically.

Construită în 1964.
