Architect: Radu Basca Pantu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul comercial A2 Balta Alb\u0103 (sau Ruc\u0103r) avea componenta principal\u0103 organizat\u0103 pe tipul de supermagazin \u00een care toate marfurile se desf\u0103ceau \u00een aceea\u0219i sal\u0103, \u00een afar\u0103 de legume \u0219i fructe, mezeluri-br\u00e2nzeturi \u0219i carne. Raioanele de cafea, dulciuri \u0219i p\u00e2ine erau amplasate separat pentru a evita aglomerarea fluxului de autoservire. Aceast\u0103 solu\u021bie p\u0103rea o form\u0103 avansat\u0103 de organizare c\u00e2nd produsele alimentare \u00eenc\u0103 se g\u0103seau pe rafturi. Obiectivul se afl\u0103 \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare. Volumele laterale, cu vizibilitate mai mare, au fost \u00eenchiriate pentru un restaurant, o cafenea \u0219i un mic magazin, dar corpul de tip supermagazin ce creeaz\u0103 curtea interioar\u0103 a ajuns ad\u0103post pentru oamenii str\u0103zii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The A2 Balta Alba complex, also known as Rucar Complex, had its main volume organized as a \u201dsuperstore\u201d, the type where all merchandise is sold in the same hall, except for fruit and vegetables, cheese, processed meat and raw meat. The coffee, sweets and bread stands were placed separately, in order to avoid congestion in the self-help flux. This looked like an advanced organization solution while there was still food to sell on the shelves. The complex is now in an advanced state of decay. The more visible side wings have been rented out to a restaurant, a coffee shop and a small store, but the superstore wing, surrounding the interior courtyard, has become a shelter for homeless people.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201970.
