Proiectat pentru a deservi un cartier cu o popula\u021bie de 10.000 de locuitori, complexul se desf\u0103\u0219oar\u0103 pe parter \u0219i etaj, cu o curte interioar\u0103 pentru produc\u0103torii locali. E construit pe cadre de beton armat cu o deschidere de 6 m, ceea ce permitea separarea s\u0103lilor de v\u00e2nzare \u0219i de depozitare doar prin mobilier. \u00cen pia\u021b\u0103 au fost incluse o alimentar\u0103 cu autoservire, magazine de legume \u0219i fructe, o bodeg\u0103 \u0219i un restaurant la parter, iar la etaj magazin de uz casnic, confec\u021bii \u0219i tricotaje, farmacie \u0219i servicii pentru popula\u021bie: coafur\u0103-frizerie, marochin\u0103rie, lenjerie-broderie, croitorie, repara\u021bii ceasuri \u0219i ochelari, tricotaje de comand\u0103. Suprafa\u021ba desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 a pie\u021bei este de 4.620 mp.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Filimon Sarbu Market stands on Bratianu Avenue (former Filimon Sarbu), leading to the highway to Bucharest. Designed to provide for a 10,000 people neighborhood, the two-storey complex has an interior courtyard for the local farmers. It is built on 6 m span reinforced concrete rigid frames, allowing for sale spaces to be separated from storage spaces only by furniture. The market included a food store, grocer stores, a pub and a restaurant on the ground floor. The upper floor included a household store, clothes store, pharmacy and services such as barber shop, leather shop, bed-linen, tailor shop, repair shop, knitting shop.
