But there were also many cases when a project required complete rethinking and a unique design, especially in cities with special architecture themes and strict deadline conditions. Such a remarkable work was the commercial and service complex in Buftea, created by the Ilfov Design Institute. Today, the building preserves most of the original volumetry, but its aspect was altered by maintenance works on the façade. The original color was replaced by a beige decorative stamped plaster. The flat roof, an inaccessible terrace, was replaced by a steep roof – a timber truss and a metal sheet.

Construit în 1973.
