Architect: Petre Falcan<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>O dotare de alimenta\u021bie public\u0103<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>desf\u0103\u0219urat\u0103 doar pe parter, cu braserie, sal\u0103 gr\u0103tar \u0219i spatii tehnice, ber\u0103ria a fost creat\u0103 \u0219i pentru desfacerea produselor fostei fabrici de bere Craiova, din apropiere. Structura de acoperire este rezolvat\u0103 \u00eentr-o suprafa\u021b\u0103 poligonal\u0103 din pl\u0103ci drepte triunghiulare, a\u0219ezat\u0103 \u00een forma unei pl\u0103ci cutate, cu coamele pe direc\u021bia diagonalelor p\u0103tratului, doliile continu\u00e2ndu-se p\u00e2n\u0103 la sol prin intermediul grinzilor-st\u00e2lpi. Volumetria rezultat\u0103 din diferite func\u021biuni \u0219i finisajele folosite creeaz\u0103 un amsamblu \u00eenchegat \u0219i de o expresivitate nuan\u021bat\u0103. Ast\u0103zi cl\u0103direa este privatizat\u0103, starea sa l\u0103s\u00e2nd de dorit. Totu\u0219i proprietarii inten\u021bioneaz\u0103 s\u0103 o reamenajeze, a\u0219tept\u00e2nd s\u0103 g\u0103seasc\u0103 un partener.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A foodservice venue, on ground floor only, including a brasserie, a grill room and technical spaces, the beer hall was also created as a retail venue for the former Craiova brewery, nearby. The roof is a polygonal surface of triangle-shaped slabs, placed in a zig zag pattern. The horizontal ridges follow the diagonals of the square footprint of the building, while the valleys go all the way down to the ground, along the beam-columns. The volumetry resulting from the various functions and the selected finishings have created a coherent object, of refined expressivity. Today, the building is in private hands and in a poor state of conservation.
