The building includes a coffee shop with a small kitchen, technical rooms and lavatories on the ground floor; and the canteen on the upper floor, connected to the customs building by a bridge to allow the direct access of customs officers. In the absence of any maintenance works, it preserves the modernist aspect of the original U.S.S.R. customs. Part of the complex was built for the passage of the olympic flame for the Moscow O.G. in 1980. This wing has decaying plaster, infiltrations and occasional mould due to bad insulation.

Construit în anii ’70-’80.
