Boyarchuk<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul pentru oficii edificat \u00een anii \u201980 \u00een ideea favoriz\u0103rii coopera\u021biei avea toate elementele pentru func\u021biunea respectiv\u0103. Volumul avea niveluri dispuse \u00een gradene \u0219i un partiu \u00een form\u0103 de L, cu o estetic\u0103 caracteristic\u0103 betonului aparent aplicat\u0103 pe toate fa\u021badele.<\/p>\n<p>\u00cen ultimile decenii aceast\u0103 cl\u0103dire a suferit mai multe schimb\u0103ri, fiind luat\u0103 \u00een administrare de mai multe entit\u0103\u021bi comerciale. Recent o banc\u0103 local\u0103 cu capital privat a ocupat cea mai mare parte a spa\u021biului de la nivelurile inferioare, ceea ce a dus la modific\u0103ri substan\u021biale ale aspectului arhitectural. Pe l\u00e2ng\u0103 acest fapt, spa\u021biul destinat unei zone verzi din fa\u021ba cl\u0103dirii a fost \u00eenlocuit, surprinz\u0103tor, \u00een 2016, cu un ansamblu de blocuri de locuin\u021be av\u00e2nd regimul de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime P+10.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The office complex built in the \u201980s in order to encourage cooperatives had all the amenities for its function. The volume had setback floors and an L-shaped layout, using apparent concrete for all the fa\u00e7ades.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>During the last decades, the building has suffered several changes, as it was managed by several commercial companies. Recently, a local private bank has occupied most of the space on the lower floors, substantially altering the architecture of the building.
