I.P.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Un centru comercial de o factur\u0103 auster\u0103, cu o tratare a fa\u021badelor unitar\u0103 inspirat\u0103 probabil din marcajul codurilor de bare. Dispuse pe un teren plat, corpurile construc\u021biei cuprindeau supermagazinul,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>alte magazine mici, po\u0219t\u0103-telefoane, pia\u021ba agroalimentar\u0103, iar la etaj un restaurant \u0219i alte anexe. \u00cen ultimile decenii obiectivul s-a aflat \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, pentru c\u0103 noii proprietari, ap\u0103ru\u021bi dup\u0103 1990, c\u00e2nd complexul a fost fragmentat prin privatizare, nu au efectuat lucr\u0103rile necesare de mentenan\u021b\u0103. Oficiul po\u0219tal a fost \u00eenlocuit cu un supermarket ce \u0219i-a rebilitat doar corpul ocupat, \u00eentr-o cromatic\u0103 strident\u0103, pun\u00e2ndu-\u0219i \u00een eviden\u021b\u0103 utilitatea public\u0103 prin publicitate agresiv\u0103 pe toate fa\u021badele. Celelalte spa\u021bii par a fi r\u0103mase de izbeli\u0219te, \u00eendeplinindu-\u0219i totu\u0219i func\u021bia comercial\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>An austere commercial center, with unitary fa\u00e7ades, inspired perhaps by bar codes. Located on a flat ground, the complex included a department store, small shops, a post office, a farmers market, as well as a restaurant and other annexes upstairs. During recent decades, the building has been in an advanced state of decay because, after a privatization that fragmented the property, its post-1990 owners failed to maintain it properly. The post office was replaced by a supermarket<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>that rehabilitated only the space it occupies, in loud colors, and put up aggressive advertising on all the fa\u00e7ades.
