Architects: Constantin Savescu, Sara Marcovici, Mariana Bucur<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Centrul socio-cultural \u0219i comercial \u021aiglina I a fost creat pentru a acoperi necesit\u0103\u021bile \u00eentregului cartier, fiind dotat cu magazine, alimenta\u021bie public\u0103, cantine (UCECOM), administra\u021bia local\u0103, un cinematograf de 800 locuri, club, s\u0103li de expozi\u021bie \u0219i bibliotec\u0103. Principalele probleme cu care se confrunt\u0103 complexul sunt firmele \u0219i reclamele dispropor\u021bionate care \u00eei camufleaz\u0103 volumul, graffiti de pe panourile de pl\u0103cu\u021be ceramice, infiltra\u021biile de ap\u0103 pe fa\u021badele tencuite, proasta \u00eentre\u021binere, repara\u021biile improvizate \u0219i construc\u021biile parazitare \u2013 tarabe care s-au dezvoltat de-a lungul zidurilor, chio\u0219curi improvizate, cu un aspect ne\u00eengrijit. Se impune o reabilitare \u0219i un regulament de urbanism care s\u0103 protejeze acest complex comercial modernist plin de personalitate, care contribuie la identitatea urban\u0103 a cartierului \u021aiglina I.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>\u021aiglina I social, cultural and commercial center was created to provide the whole neighborhood with shops, foodservice, canteens (UCECOM), local administration venues, a 800-seat cinema, club, exhibition halls and library. The main problems of the building are the disproportionate signage and billboards, hiding its architecture, the graffiti on the mosaic panels, water infiltration on plastered fa\u00e7ades, poor maintenance, improvized repairs and parasite buildings \u2013 stands along the walls, unkempt kiosks. Rehabilitation is necessary, as well a set of urban regulations that would protect this modernist venue and its personality, greatly adding to the local identity.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1963.
