The complex includes several buildings with basement, ground floor and first floor. It used to include general stores, restaurant, pastry shop, grocery, lottery, soda shop, a post office, as well as a 500-seat cinema, a pharmacy, cooperative stores (photo studio, shoe store, barber shop, watch shop and laundry). The complex was designed on a reinforced concrete rigid frame structure with monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, to allow for flexibility in the layout.

Construit în 1973.
