Stratu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul, un reper pentru estetica socialist-modernist\u0103, era format dintr-un cinematograf de 900 locuri, un complex de magazine MCI \u0219i unit\u0103\u021bi UCECOM, un garaj pentru 80 de ma\u0219ini la subsol \u0219i alte anexe. Structura de rezisten\u021b\u0103 era din beton armat monolit \u0219i pretensionat: din grinzi longitudinale din beton armat la cinema, iar la magazinul general dintr-un p\u0103trat cu 16 st\u00e2lpi din beton armat monolit cu plan\u0219ee din dale casetate. Corpurile complexului sunt legate prin copertine \u0219i portice care protejeaz\u0103 vitrinele, foaierul, terasa cafe-barului \u0219i circula\u021bia pietonilor. Volumele se exprim\u0103 sincer \u0219i unitar prin func\u021biuni, f\u0103r\u0103 a crea monotonie. Finisajele interioare \u0219i exterioare au fost mutilate sau deteriorate, \u00eens\u0103 exist\u0103 promisiunea reabilit\u0103rii cinematografului.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The complex, a landmark for socialist-modernism, included a 900-seat cinema, a complex of cooperative stores, an underground garage for 80 cars and other annexes. The load-bearing structure is of monolithic and pretensed reinforced concrete for the cinema, and 16 columns of monolithic reinforced concrete with waffle slabs for the shops. The various wings of the complex are connected by marquees and porticoes that protect the windows, the lobby, the cafe terrace and the circulation of pedestrians. The volumes are expressed in the functions, in a sincere and unitary way, avoiding monotony. Interior and exterior finishings are mutilated or deteriorated, but there are promises to<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>rehabilitate the cinema hall.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1965.
