This type of venue was also included in the Steagul Rosu (Red Flag) Complex, named so after the Brasov factory, later Roman Factory. The complex is today a private commercial facility named Astra. It preserves the volumetry of the main building, including the precast reinforced concrete elements and the main façade decorated with natural stone mosaic. The annex wings were disfigured by a variety of low quality materials and parasite buildings that completely alter the aspect of the complex and leave a desolate impression.

Construit în anii ’70.
