Architect: Mircea Amitroaiei<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul comercial Mercur, finalizat \u00een 1968, a fost amplasat pe o colin\u0103 ce domin\u0103 cartierul Gheorgheni. Arhitectul a folosit relieful pentru a crea accese la niveluri diferite, ob\u021bin\u00e2nd o cl\u0103dire P\/P+1 bine integrat\u0103 \u00een peisaj. Includea func\u021biuni de po\u0219t\u0103, farmacie, papet\u0103rie, alimentar\u0103, restaurant, sp\u0103l\u0103torie etc. Achizi\u021bionarea fostului supermagazin de c\u0103tre Profi a dus la amplasarea unor reclame care concureaz\u0103 cu firma original\u0103 al complexului Mercur. Parte din cl\u0103dirile complexului necesit\u0103 repara\u021bii, infiltra\u021biile de ape meteorice murd\u0103rind fa\u021badele. Zugr\u0103velile au fost reparate doar par\u021bial, cu culori diferite fa\u021b\u0103 de original. Construc\u021biile parazitare &#8211; tarabe, chio\u0219curi \u2013 \u0219i abunden\u021ba de reclame scad aspectul estetic al ansamblului.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Completed in 1968, the complex was located on a hill dominating the Gheorgheni neighborhood. The architect used the declivities of the ground to create accessways at different levels, designing a well integrated G\/G+1 building. It used to include functions such as post office, pharmacy, bookshop, food store, restaurant, laundry etc. The former \u201dsuperstore\u201d was bought by Profi, whose billboards compete with the original front sign of the complex. Many of the buildings that make up the complex need repairs and the stained fa\u00e7ades require cleaning. They were only partially painted, in different colors than the original. Parasite buildings &#8211; stands, kiosks \u2013 and a cacophony of billboards alter the ensemble.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1968.
