I.P.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Despre Restaurantul Ulmul se pot spune multe: abandonat, folosit pe post de sp\u0103l\u0103torie etc. Asta doar dac\u0103 te intereseaz\u0103 arhitectura sau dac\u0103 e\u0219ti din cartier sau vrei s\u0103 te mu\u021bi \u00een Giule\u0219ti \u0219i te minunezi ce-i cu epava asta de st\u0103 s\u0103 cad\u0103, cum de nu are nimeni grij\u0103 de ea. Po\u021bi afla atunci c\u0103 acum ceva timp a fost v\u00e2ndut\u0103 de prim\u0103rie c\u0103tre o societate comercial\u0103, a\u0219a cum s-a procedat cu toata avu\u021bia statului. Cl\u0103direa cu volumetrie modernist\u0103, cu fa\u021bade laterale decorate cu pl\u0103ci ceramice, iar cea principal\u0103 rezolvat\u0103 \u00eentr-o teras\u0103 acoperit\u0103 cu o p\u00e2nz\u0103 din beton armat perforat\u0103 de trei luminatoare \u0219i sus\u021binut\u0103 pe st\u00e2lpi metalici e \u00een paragin\u0103 de ani buni, de\u0219i putea fi un restaurant c\u0103utat. Dar nim\u0103nui nu-i pas\u0103, cine se duce \u00een Giule\u0219ti, ar spune unii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Many things may be said about Ulmul Restaurant: that is was abandoned, used as a car wash, etc. That is, if you are interested in architecture or you are from the neighborhood, or perhaps planning to move to Giulesti and wondering how come no one takes care of this ruin. You may then find out that some time ago the Local Council sold it to a company, as happened with most state property. The modernist building, with mosaic plated lateral fa\u00e7ades, the main fa\u00e7ade featuring a terrace on metal columns covered with a reinforced concerete slab with three skylights, has been abandoned for years, although it could have been a popular restaurant.
