I.P.B.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul comercial Giule\u0219ti a fost edificat odat\u0103 cu primele blocuri de locuin\u021be P+4, \u00een jurul Gropii L\u0103ptarului, devenit\u0103 parc. Partea principal\u0103 de deservire era orientat\u0103 c\u0103tre micul parc creat pentru cinematograful Giule\u0219ti. Complexul a inclus toate dot\u0103rile necesare pentru servire zilnic\u0103 \u0219i a fost prima unitate de acest gen \u00een dezvoltarea Giule\u0219ti. Reabilitat recent, cu o cromatic\u0103 ce nu respect\u0103 conceptul original, cl\u0103direa e afectat\u0103 de firmele \u0219i reclamele agresive care \u00eei camufleaz\u0103 volumul, de grafitti de pe fa\u021badele posterioare, de infiltra\u021biile de ap\u0103 de pe tencuieli din cauza \u0219or\u021burilor de tabl\u0103 degradate, de proasta \u00eentre\u021binere \u0219i repara\u021biile improvizate. Se impune o reabilitare \u0219i un regulament de urbanism pentru protejarea specificului arhitectural al ansamblului.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span>The Giulesti Complex was built at the same time as the first G+4 residential buildings around the area known as Groapa L\u0103ptarului (Milkman\u2019s Pit), turned into a park. The main wing looked on the small park created for the Giulesti Cinema. Recently refurbished, in colors that do not match the original concept, the building is altered by the aggresive signs and billboards that hide its volume, by the grafitti on the rear fa\u00e7ades, by the water infiltrations on the plaster caused by deteriorated drip edges, by the poor maintenance and improvised repairs.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Rehabilitation is required, as well as a set of urban regulations to protect the specific architecture of the whole complex.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1965.
