Burea<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul pentru deservirea turi\u0219tilor str\u0103ini \u0219i a celor din U.R.S.S. a fost construit \u00een 1968 \u0219i inclus p\u00e2n\u0103 \u00een 1991 \u00een lan\u021bul Intourist. Realizat pe principiul separ\u0103rii func\u021biunilor \u00een corpuri independente, cuprindea tot ce e necesar unui motel interna\u021bional. Avea un corp de cazare pe trei niveluri cu o capacitate de 200 de paturi \u0219i un corp cu dou\u0103 niveluri pentru restaurant, bar, bufet \u0219i o teras\u0103 spa\u021bioas\u0103 la etaj, pentru 220 de persoane. Corpurile formeaz\u0103 un L \u00een plan \u0219i sunt \u00eembinate cu un foaier generos \u0219i o recep\u021bie ce deschid calea spre o curte interioar\u0103. \u00cen anii \u201980 complexul a fost reconstruit, zona restaurantului a fost modificat\u0103 \u0219i terasa desfiin\u021bat\u0103. Din 2006 a fost preluat de acela\u0219i proprietar ca \u0219i Hotelul Na\u021bional (tot fost Intourist), care l-a l\u0103sat s\u0103 zac\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare de degradare aproape de ruin\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The complex serving foreign and Soviet tourists was built in 1968 and until 1991 was part of the Intourist hotel chain. Designed according to the principle of separating functions into independent buildings, the complex included all the facilities of an international motel. A 3-storey unit could accommodate 200 guests and the restaurant, bar, buffet and large terrace were hosted in a 220-seat two-storey unit. The two buldings, on an L floorplan, were connected by a generous lobby and a reception opening to an interior courtyard. The complex was rebuilt in the \u201980s, when the restaurant area was modified and the terrace closed. In 2006, it was bought by the same owner as the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>National Hotel (also an Intourist venue), that left it to decay to a state close to ruin.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1968.
