Architect: Aron Grimberg-Solari<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul comercial din vecin\u0103tatea Teatrului de var\u0103 Mamaia se remarca prin porticul folosit ca promenad\u0103 care \u00eel \u00eenconjura \u0219i care a motivat tratarea unitar\u0103 a tuturor fa\u021badelor. Pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 3.850 mp complexul aduna laolalt\u0103 magazine, libr\u0103rie, agen\u021bie ONT, birou C.F.R. \u0219i o alimentar\u0103 cu autoservire la parter, iar la etaj po\u0219t\u0103, telefoane, bibliotec\u0103 \u0219i o sal\u0103 de art\u0103 contemporan\u0103. Acoperirea este de tip dal\u0103 pe st\u00e2lpi metalici pentru magazinele mici \u0219i dal\u0103 pe st\u00e2lpi de beton pentru pavilionul P+1. Pentru rastelul general s-a folosit un careiaj de grinzi principale pe care sunt a\u0219ezate lamele prefabricate din beton armat. Ast\u0103zi complexul este ocupat de diverse entit\u0103\u021bi comerciale. Libr\u0103ria, biblioteca \u0219i sala de expozi\u021bii au disp\u0103rut, iar \u00eentregul complex este \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The commercial complex next to the Mamaia Summer Theatre stood out for its surrounding portico, used as a promenade, that was the reason for treating all the fa\u00e7ades in unitary fashion. On 3.850 mp, the complex included shops, bookshop, tourist agency, National Railway agency, and a foodstore on the ground floor. The upper level included a post office, phone center, a library and a contemporary art exhibition hall. The roof system consists of concrete slabs on metal columns for the smaller shops and slabs on concrete columns for the G+1 pavilion. The general structure is a grid of beams supporting precast concrete slabs. The complex is used today by various operators. The bookshop, library and expo hall are gone and the whole building is decaying.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1961.
