Architect: Cezar Lazarescu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Restaurantul Cazino, bine cunoscut celor care obi\u0219nuiau s\u0103 \u00ee\u0219i petreac\u0103 vacan\u021bele \u00een Mangalia, a fost parte integrant\u0103 din lucr\u0103rile de restructurare a Litoralului<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>rom\u00e2nesc din 1958, sub conducerea arhitectului Cezar L\u0103z\u0103rescu.<\/p>\n<p>Identificat\u0103 ca Blocul C \u00een planul de sistematizare, cl\u0103direa era dispus\u0103 pe dou\u0103 niveluri \u0219i con\u021binea la parter sal\u0103 de mese, buc\u0103t\u0103rie, anexe, vestiare pentru personal, iar la etaj s\u0103li de mese, buc\u0103t\u0103rii, oficiu, anexe \u0219i o bibliotec\u0103 \u00een corpul cilindric cu vedere c\u0103tre plaj\u0103. \u00cen zilele noastre, complexul se afl\u0103 \u00een administrare privat\u0103 \u0219i nu a trecut prin lucr\u0103ri semnificative de reabilitare, p\u0103str\u00e2ndu-si \u00eenc\u0103 aspectul arhitectural ini\u021bial.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Cazino Restaurant, a well-known venue for those who used to spend their vacations in Mangalia, was part of the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>Romanian seaside restructuring project, launched in 1958 under the supervision of architect Cezar Lazarescu.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p>Identified as Block C on town-planning maps, the two-storey building included a dining hall, kitchen, annexes and staff locker rooms on the ground floor; the upper floor included dining rooms, kitchens, storage, annexes and a public library in the cilyndrical wing, with a view to the beach. Today, the complex is under private administration and had not undergone significant rehabilitation, still preserving its original architecture and aspect.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1956-58.
