Grimberg-Solari et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Blocul D, parte din Complexul de odihn\u0103 Eforie I grupeaz\u0103 func\u021biunile comune \u0219i de serviciu: cantin\u0103-restaurant, club, bar, cofet\u0103rie cu laborator, magazine, central\u0103 termic\u0103, fabric\u0103 de ghea\u021b\u0103, depozite etc., dispuse pe dou\u0103 niveluri, \u00eentr-o structur\u0103 de beton armat \u00een cea mai mare parte aparent\u0103. Acoperirile s-au realizat cu p\u00e2nze sub\u021biri de beton, o solu\u021bie economic\u0103 pentru deschideri mari, dar \u0219i un element arhitectural plastic. Pentru a \u00eent\u0103ri impresia de u\u0219urin\u021b\u0103, acoperi\u0219ul e separat de zidul oficiului printr-o friz\u0103 de sticl\u0103, o inova\u021bie dup\u0103 perioada stalinist\u0103. \u00cen prezent cl\u0103direa este p\u0103r\u0103sit\u0103, noul proprietar tergivers\u00e2nd reabilitarea \u0219i ne\u00eendeplinindu-\u0219i angajamentul. Cl\u0103direa e ocupat\u0103 de persoane f\u0103r\u0103 adapost, \u0219i a devenit insalubr\u0103. O solu\u021bie pentru salvarea obiectivului ar fi rena\u021bionalizarea.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Block D, part of the Eforie I leisure complex, brings together general and service functions: canteen and restaurant, club, bar, pastry shop and lab, shops, heating plant, ice factory etc, distributed on two levels, on a reinforced concrete structure, mostly apparent. The roofs are thin concrete membranes, an economic solution for large spans, but also an aesthetic element. To reinforce the sensation of lightness, the roof is separated<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>from the wall by a glass frieze, a post-stalinist innovation. Currently, the building is abandoned, the new owner postponing rehabilitation and failing to fulfill his responsibility. Homeless people have ocuppied the building, that has become insalubrious.
