Cl\u0103direa cilindric\u0103 cuprinde patru etaje de spa\u021bii utilitare (sp\u0103l\u0103torie, usc\u0103torie, cur\u0103\u021b\u0103torie, \u00eenc\u0103peri gospod\u0103re\u0219ti) \u0219i 16 etaje de locuit. Cele dou\u0103 niveluri superioare au fost concepute drept platform\u0103 de observa\u021bie, cu loc pentru b\u0103i de soare. La cele dou\u0103 niveluri subterane se g\u0103sesc spa\u021bii tehnice. The cilinder-shaped tower includes four levels of utilities (washing and drying rooms, cleaner\u2019s, domestic facilities) and 16 residential levels. The two uppermost floors were designed as a sightseeing platform, with a sunbathing area. The two underground levels contain technical spaces. Obturated by new buildings rising on plots that used to be public property, the tower is earmarked for demolition in the next 10 years, City Hall public servants say.
