Among the first was the one in the Old Station-New Station area (today, the Railway Station area). It was located in the southern part of the city, between the former location of the station and the one built in the ’60s and still operational. For the valuable design and its industrial execution, the complex received the State Prize for Architecture. Today, the image of the whole ensemble suffers from the effects of the thermal rehabilitation, which changed the façade finishings and the ratio between opaque and transparent parts. Both the housing units and the (privatized) coach and train stations have completely lost their original aspect.

Construit în 1964.
