The concept was based on a unique section designed by D.S.A.P.C. Bacau. The three central towers had 69 apartments and 29 studios each, plus the usual amenities. On the 10th floor, washing and drying rooms were masked by an atic; the basement accommodated garages and storage rooms. The façades were decorated in marble and stone dust plaster, vinyl paint and mosaic plates. The complex is in decay, caused both by the weather and by lack of maintenance.

Construit în 1965. Arhitect: Liviu Niculiu. D.S.A.P.C.
