Architect: Isaac Shvartsev<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Blocul de 14 etaje \u00een form\u0103 de potcoav\u0103, cu bra\u021bele prelungite de blocuri-tip de 9 etaje, seria 92, formeaz\u0103 col\u021bul str\u0103zilor Ismail \u0219i Albi\u0219oara. Cl\u0103direa are structur\u0103 monolit rigid\u0103 \u0219i plan\u0219ee din beton armat monolit, alc\u0103tuind un element de contrast \u00een zona g\u0103rii. La vremea lui, proiectul a urm\u0103rit m\u0103rirea confortului \u00een apartamente, dar \u0219i metode noi de execu\u021bie, mai rapide \u0219i mai economice. \u00cen ultimile decenii fiecare apartament a fost cump\u0103rat de vechii locatari, ceea ce a dus la nerealizarea lucr\u0103rilor de mentenan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i la amplificarea degrad\u0103rilor. Tencuiala exterioar\u0103 s-a uzat din cauza intemperiilor, balcoanele au fost \u00eenchise f\u0103r\u0103 autoriza\u021bie, iar la unele etaje s-au f\u0103cut izola\u021bii termice cu materiale de proast\u0103 calitate, care s-au degradat repede.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 14-storey horseshoe-shaped building, with the sides prolonged by series 92 standard 9-storey buildings, forms the corner of the Ismail and Albisoara streets. The building has a monolithic rigid frame structure and monolithic reinforced concrete slabs, creating a contrasting urban element in the railway station area. At the time, the design aimed at increasing the level of comfort of the apartments, while seeking new, faster and cheaper construction methods. During the last decades, the apartments have been sold by the state to their residents. That made it more difficult to provide coherent mainentance and degradation increased.
