The standard sections used for the apartment buildings allowed them to include about 4,000 sqm of commercial space on the ground floor. The tower was positioned so as to create the representative accent of the whole ensemble, visible from the surrounding streets. The square, consisting of platforms connected by stairs and ramps, was paved with horizontal stripes of Molid stone (local material), with rhythmed colored intarsia of Ruschita marble, granite and 4 cm andesite. The square was rebuilt with an underground parking beneath and the decorative pavement was replaced by plain stone plates.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"
Construit \u00een 1965.
