It has a central, 18-storey wing flanked by two 13-storey ones, totalling about 18,000 sqm of living space and using the ground floor and mezzanine for commerce. The central wing has a structure of peripheral frames and a central node of reinforced concrete diaphragms comprising all vertical circulations (stairs, lifts, waste system). The setbacks on successive floors create an upward curve, relating with the downward curves of the central wing balconies.
