Bercovici et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Dezvoltarea pe \u0219oseaua Giurgiului s-a bazat pe studiile de sistematizare \u00eentocmite de I.P.B. (arhitec\u021bi H. Maicu, T. St\u0103nescu, V. Fulicea, R. Gherghel, A. Ghinescu \u0219i Dem. Vernescu). Ansamblul &#8211; \u00eensum\u00e2nd 5.500 de apartamente &#8211; se remarc\u0103 prin dispunerea decalat\u0103 a barelor, cu un accent dominant al blocului punct. Ele formau astfel fronturile reprezentative ale acestui acces important dinspre sud \u00een capital\u0103. Starea grav\u0103 de degradare a majorit\u0103\u021bii acestor imobile este alarmant\u0103. Cu riscul de a ne repeta, este de datoria noastr\u0103 s\u0103 atragem aten\u021bia asupra neregulilor ce afecteaz\u0103 fondul construit din anii \u201960. \u00cen cazul de fa\u021b\u0103, senza\u021bia este a unui mediu urban \u00een care prezen\u021ba autorit\u0103\u021bilor este nul\u0103. Se impune o restaurare adecvat\u0103 \u0219i un regulament de urbanism pentru protejarea specificului arhitectural al ansamblului.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Giurgiului Road Development was based on zoning plans drafted by the I.P.B. (architects H. Maicu, T. Stanescu, V. Fulicea, R. Gherghel, A. Ghinescu and D. Vernescu). The 5,500-apartament ensemble is notable for the staggered slab buildings dominated by the tower. The buildings formed the representative street fronts of this important southern access into the capital. The serious degradations in all these buildings is alarming. At the risk of becoming repetitive, it is our duty to point out the irregularities affecting the built heritage of the \u201960s. Here, the feeling is of an urban enviroment with zero management from the authorities.
