The generous basement accommodated storage spaces for the shops and an electrical transformer. The ground floor, with porticoes on both ends, hosted various shops. Eight residential floors were built above it, the last one set back from the main façade. The façade had continuous balconies with full railings alternating with metal and colored glass railings. The rhythm was set by the colored mosaic corrugated panels set vertically, up the entire height. Rehabilitated in 2017, the bulilding irreversibly lost its original aspect because of the thermal insulation and the complete closure of the balconies.

Construit în 1962-1963.
