Maltseva<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Principala magistral\u0103 a sectorului Botanica, Bulevardul P\u0103cii (acum Dacia), a fost \u00eenchis\u0103 compozi\u021bional cu un complex de locuin\u021be colective executat integral din beton armat monolit, cu un regim de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime de 16-25 de niveluri. Cl\u0103dirile complexului, de uz mixt, au fost dispuse pe amble p\u0103r\u021bi ale bulevardului, reprezent\u00e2nd astfel vizual o intrare primitoare dinspre aeroport, \u0219i primind denumirea \u201ePor\u021bile Ora\u0219ului\u201d. Spre sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anilor \u201980, corpurile pentru servicii \u0219i comer\u021b, prev\u0103zute \u00een proiect la baza fiec\u0103rei aripi a complexului,<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>nu au mai fost finalizate. Cele dou\u0103 \u201epor\u021bi\u201d ale ora\u0219ului, care structural se prezint\u0103 bine, au suferit urm\u0103toarele degrad\u0103ri: balcoane \u00eenchise neregulat cu PVC, tencuial\u0103 deteriorat\u0103 de intemperii, finisaje interioare la fel de degradate ca acelea exterioare din lipsa lucr\u0103rilor de \u00eentre\u021binere.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The main thoroughfare of the Botanica District, P\u0103cii Boulevard (today, Dacia), was compositionally \u201dclosed\u201d by a 16-25-storey residential complex fully built of monolithic reinforced concrete. The mixed-use buildings forming the complex were distributed on both sides of the boulevard, visually creating a welcoming gate at the entrance from the airport, hence the name \u201dCity Gates\u201d. Towards the end of the \u201980s, the plans to build service and commerce units at the bottom of the two wings, as designed, were abandoned. The two \u201dCity Gates\u201d are in good structural shape, but suffer from a series of degradations: non-uniform PV joinery closing the balconies, weather-damaged plaster, interior finishings equally damaged by lack of maintenance.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201980.
