Zagoretsky<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ansamblul de locuin\u021be colective cu 14 niveluri din centrul ora\u0219ului B\u0103l\u021bi f\u0103cea parte integrant\u0103 din centrul civic, creat \u00eentr-o linie plastic\u0103 similar\u0103 cu fostul magazin universal, cu cinematograful \u0219i casa de cultur\u0103. Obiectivul include trei corpuri: unul central, la baz\u0103, pe dou\u0103 niveluri (libr\u0103ria Prometeu) \u0219i alte dou\u0103 dispuse simetric, pe 14 niveluri, \u0219i destinate apartamentelor. Parterul \u0219i mezaninul perimetral pe corpul central erau ocupate de libr\u0103ria Prometeu, de bibliotec\u0103 \u0219i de spa\u021bii pentru cercuri de pictur\u0103 \u0219i grafic\u0103. Aceste spa\u021bii, alt\u0103 dat\u0103 disponibile locatarilor \u0219i publicului larg, au fost ocupate \u00een ultimile decenii de diver\u0219i agen\u021bi economici, f\u0103r\u0103 nici o organizare coerent\u0103.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 14-storey residential complex built in downtown Balti was part of the civic center and was designed in a similar aesthetic line with the former department store, the cinema hall and the cultural center. The ensemble included three volumes, a central two-storey unit at the bottom and two symmetrical 14-storey residential units. The perimetral ground floor and mezzanine of the central unit were occupied by the Prometeu bookshop, by the library and by painting and graphic design workshops. These spaces, formerly available to the residents and the general public, have been occupied over the last decades by various private operators with no coherent organization.<\/p>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201970.
