The studio building destined for small families has two 10-storey residential wings and a horizontal commercial wing. Its remarkable dynamic volume is not favoured by the lack of perspective. The vertical wings were connected by commercial spaces, among which Amandina sweetshop, on the ground floor. Today, apart from losing the sweetshop, the building also faces lack of maintenance, random thermal insulation that changes the original finishings and different syles of PV frames closing the circular balconies, seriously altering its aspect and downgrading its value.

Construit în 1979.
