Tomescu<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Organizarea cadrului arhitectural al ansamblului G\u0103rii din Bra\u0219ov a avut ca scop principal punerea \u00een valoare a g\u0103rii C.F.R. \u0219i a peisajului montan. \u00cen acest cadru au fost amplasate cinci blocuri lam\u0103 cu parter \u0219i 7-8 niveluri \u0219i un bloc P+12 ca element dominant al pie\u021bei. Pentru nu a obtura panorama mun\u021bilor s-a compus un fundal din blocuri cu regim de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime P+4. Au fost adoptate sisteme constructive industrializate precum cofrajele glisante \u0219i panourile mari prefabricate. La blocurile de locuin\u021be s-au folosit sec\u021biuni tip, iar pentru fa\u021bade s-au utilizat placaje ceramice sm\u0103l\u021buite, terasit \u0219i travertin. O cromatic\u0103 ce imprima c\u00e2ndva prospe\u021bime \u0219i prestan\u021b\u0103 e ast\u0103zi \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu publicitatea agresiv\u0103 de pe fa\u021bade \u0219i cu reabilit\u0103ri termice ieftine din fonduri europene, impuse \u0219i proiectate de firme cu capital str\u0103in.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>In setting the architectural frame of the Brasov Railway Station complex, the main goal was to highlight the station and the mountain landscape. This was the context for the five slab-shaped G+7 and G+8 buildings and the G+12 tower that dominates the square. In order not to obturate the mountains panorama, the background was created by lower, G+4 buildings. Industrial constructive systems were used, such as the slipform technique and large precast slabs, to deliver the<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>standard-type buildings. The fa\u00e7ades were decorated with enameled ceramic panels, marble dust plaster and travertine. The coloring, once inspiring freshness and prestige, has been replaced today by loud advertising and cheap thermal insulation financed by the EU, imposed and designed by foreign companies.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1962.
