Nemes, Ioana Popa<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La edificarea ansamblului de locuin\u021be al Pie\u021bei Mihai Viteazu, totaliz\u00e2nd 1.300 de apartamente, s-a urm\u0103rit proiectul de sistematizare \u0219i restructurare al unui ansamblu cu 330 de apartamente. Creat \u00eentr-o plastic\u0103 modernist socialist\u0103 timpurie, grupul de cl\u0103diri are o arhitectur\u0103 unitar\u0103, sobr\u0103. Un bloc P+7, cu circa 200 de apartamente, creeaz\u0103 punctul de perspectiv\u0103 al pie\u021bei, av\u00e2nd la parter un cinematograf cu 1.200 de locuri orientat c\u0103tre parcul dispus \u00een fa\u021ba blocului. Celelalte blocuri au un regim de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime P+4. Ast\u0103zi, \u00eentregul ansamblu a fost reabilitat, \u00een cea mai mare parte f\u0103r\u0103 a utiliza metodele de conservare a specificului original. Termoizola\u021bii din polistiren, t\u00e2mpl\u0103rii PVC, culori stridente sunt obi\u0219nuitele interven\u021bii aplicate de prim\u0103riile din regiune, \u0219i nu numai.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The Mihai Viteazu Square complex, totalling 1,300 apartaments, was part of a zoning and restructuring plan for a 330-apartment complex. Having an early socialist modernist expression, the set of buildings shared a unitary, rigorous architecture. A G+7 building with about 200 apartments creates the perspective accent of the square. The ground floor accommodates a 1,200-seat cinema oriented towards the park in front of the building. The other buildings are G+4. Today, the whole ensemble has been rehabilitated, mostly without any concern to preserve its original character. Polystyrene thermal insulations, PV joinery and loud colors are the usual menu of local council interventions, here and elsewhere in the country.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1959-1960.
