N\u0103drag et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Situat\u0103 \u00een vestul Bucure\u0219tiului, pe o suprafa\u021b\u0103 de 420 ha, dezvoltarea Drumul Taberei a fost dotat\u0103 cu unit\u0103\u021bi de educa\u021bie de toate nivelurile, centre comerciale \u0219i sportive \u0219i un spital de 1.000 de paturi. Sistematizarea a creat microraioane cu tr\u0103s\u0103turi specifice, av\u00e2nd \u00een pozi\u021bii dominante blocurile P+10 ce se deta\u0219az\u0103 din masa de P+4. Amplasarea construc\u021biilor c\u0103tre strad\u0103, scoaterea dot\u0103rilor din incintele blocurilor \u0219i gruparea parcajelor pe conturul microraioanelor a evitat incintele rigide. S-au folosit doar metode de construc\u021bie industriale, panouri mari din beton armat prefabricat (la P+4) \u0219i monolit (la P+10). Ast\u0103zi ansamblul a suferit multiple mutil\u0103ri func\u021bionale \u0219i volumetrice \u0219i reabilit\u0103ri inadecvate pe circa 40% din suprafa\u021b\u0103, restul afl\u00e2ndu-se \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located on 420 ha in south-western Bucharest, Drumul Taberei Development included education institutions for all levels, commercial and sports centers and a 1,000-bed hospital. The zoning plan created distinct microdistricts, with the G+10 buldings in dominant positions, rising from the mass of G+4s. Placing buildings on the street fronts, taking facilities out of them and organizing parking lots on the limits of microdistricts avoided creating rigid enclosures. The constructions were based solely on industrial methods, using large reinforced concrete precast slabs (G+4) and monolithic slabs (G+10). The development has suffered multiple functional and volumetric mutilations. 40% of the area underwent inadequate rehabilitation, while the rest is in a serious state of decay.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1965.
