The volume was treated evenly on all sides, free from other buildings and surrounded by important streets. The shops on the ground floor required regular spans. The structure is made of widely spaced rigid longitudinal and transverse diaphragms, with columns on the contour of the building and beams on the spans. The specific solution for the ground floor required a customization of standard sections. Façade finishings, in stone dust and white cement for the upper floors and combed marble dust plaster on the first two levels, have been recently replaced by a cheap thermal rehabilitation that also enclosed the balconies.

Construit în 1965.
