Architect: Daniel Guj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Func\u021biunile actuale din Cartierul Nord sunt locuire (masa fondului construit), comer\u021b \u0219i servicii (Complexul Mic \u0219i Complexul Comercial Nord), industrie u\u0219oar\u0103 (textile &#8211; Complexul me\u0219te\u0219ug\u0103resc), educa\u021bie (gr\u0103dini\u021be), spa\u021bii verzi (Parcul Nord \u0219i spa\u021biile dintre blocuri). Blocurile proiectate de arhitectul Daniel Guj \u00een anii \u201960-\u201970 au caracteristici interesante, care dau o personalitate aparte cartierului. Regimul de \u00een\u0103l\u021bime este P+9, iar fa\u021badele sunt placate cu mozaic albastru \u0219i verde. Casele sc\u0103rilor sunt frumos decorate cu grilaje prefabricate din beton. Principalul risc cu care se confrunt\u0103 aceste imobile (\u00een afar\u0103 de cel seismic) este reabilitarea termic\u0103, cu schimbarea finisajelor \u0219i a propor\u021biei plin-gol. Antenele parabolice \u0219i balcoanele \u00eenchise neuniform le afecteaz\u0103 \u0219i ele imaginea \u0219i scad din valoarea imobilelor.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The current functions of the Nord neighborhood are housing (the majority of buildings), commerce and services (the Small Complex and Nord Commercial Complex), light industry (textiles, the Crafts Complex), educations (preschools) and green areas (Nord Park and inter-building gardens). The interesting G+9 buildings designed by architect Daniel Guj in the \u201960s and \u201970s give the neigborhood a special character. The fa\u00e7ades are plated with blue and green mosaic. Stair halls are nicely decorated with precast concrete grids. The main risk these buildings face (apart from an earthquake) is thermal rehabilitation, that would change the finishings and the opaque\/glazed ratio.
