Socului Square (Chisinau and Doamna Ghica junction) is the key point in the development of this thoroughfare, highlighted by the shape of the fronts, among which a 19-storey tower. The modernist air comes from the alternation of precast elements in the loggias finished in apparent concrete, an advanced technique for the time. About 60% of the buildings have been recently rehabilitated with thermal insulation in loud colors (green, orange) that changed their original aspect and, by closing the balconies, also changed their opaque/transparent ratio.

Construită în 1972-1976.
