Kaplii<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul de locuin\u021be cu 16 niveluri de la intersec\u021bia str\u0103zii Ismail cu bulevardul Dimitrie Cantemir a fost realizat prin metoda \u201ecast in situ\u201d. Este o realizare deosebit\u0103 prin compozi\u021bia vizual-spa\u021bial\u0103, format\u0103 din volume de diferite \u00een\u0103l\u021bimi ie\u0219ite \u00een consol\u0103 pe o lungime de 9 m \u0219i sus\u021binute pe un soclu \u00een form\u0103 de T &#8211; a\u0219a-numitele \u201ecase pe picior\u201d. Apartamentele au camere \u00een form\u0103 de trapez \u0219i ferestre pozi\u021bionate \u00een func\u021bie de orientarea \u00een raport cu celelalte blocuri. \u00centregul ansamblu a fost finisat \u00een beton aparent, cu f\u00e2\u0219ii verticale \u00eentr-o cromatic\u0103 ritmat\u0103 \u0219i p\u0103r\u021bile importante l\u0103sate cu finisaj brut. Complexul e afectat de \u00eenchideri neautorizate ale balcoanelor \u0219i se afl\u0103 \u00eentr-o stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, av\u00e2nd nevoie urgent\u0103 de repara\u021bii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The 16-storey complex located at the junction of Ismail Street and Dimitrie Cantemir Boulevard was entirely cast in situ. It is an exceptional achievement, having a spatial composition of different height volumes cantilevered over a 9 m span, supported by a T-shaped plinth &#8211; the so called \u201dperched buildings\u201d. The apartments have trapese-shaped rooms and the windows are positioned depending on the orientation towards the other buildings. The whole complex was finished in apparent concrete, with rhythmed colored vertical stripes and the important parts left in natural color. The unauthorized closures of balconies alter the aspect of the complex and the general state of degradation requires urgent repairs. <span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een anii \u201980.
