Vronsky et al.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Complexul cu o volumetrie dinamic\u0103 era impresionant pentru vremea lui \u0219i pentru<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>calit\u0103\u021bile inginere\u0219ti aplicate \u00eentr-o zon\u0103 cu seismicitate ridicat\u0103. Ansamblul const\u0103 din 4 turnuri de locuin\u021be colective edificate pe radier central, \u00eembinate cu trei corpuri de servicii \u0219i func\u021biuni socio-culturale, toate amplasate \u00een zona care va deveni centrul sectorului Botanica. Plastica volumelor, formele curbe ale articula\u021biilor, tractul contemporan, jocul intens al umbrelor, cultura prelucr\u0103rii elementelor prefabricate \u0219i bunul gust dovedit de arhitec\u021bi fac cl\u0103direa s\u0103 fie printre cele mai valoroase construc\u021bii pe cofraj glisant din Chi\u0219in\u0103u. \u00cen zilele noastre complexul a ajuns o ruin\u0103, infestat de construc\u021bii parazitare pe toat\u0103 zona facilit\u0103\u021bilor. Blocurile au suferit mutil\u0103ri prin \u00eenchideri neautorizate de balcoane sau izola\u021bii termice aleatorii.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The complex, boasting a dynamic volumetry, was impressive for its time and for the engineering qualities displayed in a highly seismic region. It included four apartment towers on a central foundation slab and three wings for services and social\/cultural functions, all located in the area later to become the Botanica District center. The expressive volumes, the curved articulations, the contemporary style, the intense dance of shadows, the culture of working with precast elements and the tasteful choices of the architects placed this edifice among the most valuable slipform technique buildings in Chisinau. Today, the complex has ended up in ruin and the commercial area is infested by parasite buildings.
