Av\u00e2nd func\u021biune de uz mixt, blocurile aveau prev\u0103zute la etajele inferioare dot\u0103ri comunale, inclusiv un cinematograf, refunc\u021bionalizat recent \u00een club disco. Unul din cele trei blocuri a suferit distrugeri par\u021biale la cutremurul din 1977 prin pr\u0103bu\u0219irea a dou\u0103 travee pe toate cele 8 etaje. Ast\u0103zi, dup\u0103 interven\u021biile firmelor specializate \u00een lucr\u0103ri de reabilitare termic\u0103, imaginea \u00eentregului \u0219ir a suferit modific\u0103ri prin \u00eenchiderea balcoanelor, prin eliminarea traforului decorativ de pe fa\u021bada blocului de l\u00e2ng\u0103 pasajul Obor \u0219i prin<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>lucr\u0103rile de \u00eentre\u021binere coloristic\u0103, fa\u021badele fiind \u00een prezent \u00eenzestrate cu o tencuial\u0103 decorativ\u0103 roz-pal.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The street front at the junction between the avenue and Lizeanu Street is defined by the succession of three slab-shaped 8-storey apartment buldings. The mixed-use buildings accommodated shared functions on the lower floors, including a cinema hall, recently refunctionalized as a disco club. One of the three buildings was partially destroyed when two spans collapsed all the way down during the 1977 earthquake. Today, after thermal rehabilitation by specialized companies, the whole front was altered by the framing of balconies, the removal of perforated concrete decorations on the building next to the Obor Underpass and the color choice, the fa\u00e7ades being now finished in decorative pale pink plaster.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1964.
