Shmykhov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Amplasate \u00een proximitatea Parcului Prietenia (azi La Izvor), pe un teren ce crea perspective largi, cele trei turnuri de locuin\u021be pentru familii mici au o plastic\u0103 aparte. Fiecare etaj avea 4 garsoniere. Spa\u021biile comune erau \u00eenchise cu un trafor prefabricat, rezon\u00e2nd cu caracterul de agrement al Parcului Prietenia. La parter, \u00eentre cele trei blocuri, se aflau facilit\u0103\u021bi social-culturale printre care un cinematograf, cantin\u0103, cercuri de pictur\u0103 sau me\u0219te\u0219uguri, o bibliotec\u0103. Ast\u0103zi, pe l\u00e2nga dispari\u021bia func\u021biunilor socio-culturale, principalele pericole cu care se confrunt\u0103 cl\u0103dirile sunt lipsa lucr\u0103rilor de mentenan\u021b\u0103 \u0219i reabilitarea termic\u0103 aleatorie cu schimbarea finisajelor \u0219i a propor\u021biilor plin-gol. \u0218i balcoanele \u00eenchise neuniform creeaz\u0103 o imagine dezolant\u0103 a fa\u021badelor \u0219i scad valoarea \u00eentregului complex.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Located on the edge of the Prietenia Park (today La Izvor), on a plot offering wide perspectives, the three small-apartment towers have special aesthetics. Each floor had four studio apartments. The shared spaces were walled with precast perforated concrete, that agreed with the recreational character of the nearby park. Amenities such as a cinema, a canteen, cratfs workshops and a library were organized in single-storey structures in between the three towers. Besides losing these facilities, the buildings also suffer from lack of maintenance and random thermal rehabilitation that replaces the finishings and changes the opaque\/glazed ratio. The balconies closed with mismatched frames also contribute to a desolate aspect of the fa\u00e7ades, that downgrades the value of the complex.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construite \u00een anii \u201970.
