I.P.B.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Realizat \u00eentre anii 1963 \u0219i 1964 \u0219i amplasat \u00een imediata apropiere a Complexului sportiv 23 August (ast\u0103zi \u201eLia Manoliu\u201d), blocul de locuin\u021be colective are o plastic\u0103 a volumului care aminte\u0219te de Coloana Infinitului a lui Br\u00e2ncu\u0219i. Un tip de rezolvare \u00een sec\u021biuni cu orientare simpl\u0103, grup\u00e2nd c\u00e2te trei apartamente pe etaj, acesta este unul din primele blocuri din Bucure\u0219ti construite cu cofraje glisante. La interiorul cl\u0103dirii s-a acordat o aten\u021bie deosebit\u0103 finisajului din holuri \u0219i de pe sc\u0103ri, unde au fost folosite mozaicuri de marmur\u0103, c\u0103r\u0103mid\u0103 sm\u0103l\u021buit\u0103 sau pl\u0103cu\u021be ceramice. \u00cen urma recentei reabilit\u0103ri termice au fost \u00eenlocuite t\u00e2mpl\u0103riile deosebite de metal de la u\u0219i \u0219i ferestere cu cele din PVC, iar cromatica fa\u021badei este \u00een prezent dominat\u0103 de o culoare verde \u0219ters.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Built between 1963 and 1964 in the near vicinity of the 23 August Sports Complex (today \u201dLia Manoliu\u201d), the apartment building has a volume expression reminding of Brancusi\u2019s Infinite Column. A solution based on standard plans, with simple orientation apartments, three on each floor, this is among the first buildings in Bucharest using the slipform technique for construction. Inside, the finishings in the halls and stair halls received special attention, using marble mosaic, enameled bricks and ceramic plates. As a result of the recent rehabilitation, the special metal door and window frames were replaced with PV joinery and the fa\u00e7ade is currently dominated by the pale green color of the plaster.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit\u0103 \u00een 1963-1964.
