I.P.B.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Blocul de locuin\u021be face parte din seria celor trei amplasate pe latura de nord a bulevardului 1 Mai, la intersec\u021bia cu Pia\u021ba Chibrit, parte din ansamblul edificat \u00een prima etap\u0103 a dezvolt\u0103rii bulevardului 1 Mai \u00een anii \u201960. \u00centregul ansamblu a fost realizat ca parte a unei ac\u021biuni de reconstruc\u021bie rapid\u0103, av\u00e2nd ca baz\u0103 sec\u021biunile tip, dot\u0103rile comerciale la parter \u0219i un cinematograf de 800 de locuri, un proiect elaborat de I.P.B. Sistemul constructiv a fost realizat din beton armat, din casete cu dale-diafragme continue. Fa\u021badele formau un cadru neutru, care se valorifica arhitectural prin dot\u0103rile amplasate la parter \u0219i prin elementele decorative minimaliste, din elemente de beton prefabricat. Recent \u00eens\u0103 ansamblul a fost reabilitat termic, utiliz\u00e2ndu-se cu prec\u0103dere culori \u0219i finisaje inadecvate.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>One of three apartment buildings on the northern side of the 1 Mai Boulevard , at the Chibrit Square junction, this residential unit was part of the first stage of development on 1 Mai in the \u201960s. The whole ensemble was part of a rapid reconstruction effort based on standardized sections, ground floor commercial areas and a 800-seat cinema hall designed by the I.P.B. The constructive structure was of reinforced concrete waffle slabs and diaphragms. The fa\u00e7ades formed a neutral background for minimalist precast concrete details and the ground floor shops.
