Cluj<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Cartierul Gheorgheni, \u00eemp\u0103r\u021bit \u00een dou\u0103 microraioane, \u00een acela\u0219i timp unitare \u0219i variate, are \u0219apte tipuri de blocuri joase, turn \u0219i lam\u0103, individualizate prin coloristic\u0103. Ea a disp\u0103rut ast\u0103zi din cauza reabilit\u0103rii termice \u0219i a cromaticii pestri\u021be aplicate la solicitarea asocia\u021biilor de locatari &#8211; un caz des \u00eent\u00e2lnit \u00een Rom\u00e2nia. Ansamblul se remarca prin unicitatea cl\u0103dirilor \u00een grupuri, prin intercalarea facilit\u0103\u021bilor social-culturale \u0219i comerciale (una azi demolat\u0103) \u00eentre blocuri, \u0219i prin tratarea lor plastic\u0103 &#8211; toate conferindu-i o estetic\u0103 unitar\u0103. Estetica este afectat\u0103 \u0219i de \u00eenchiderea par\u021bial\u0103 \u0219i aleatorie a logiilor cu sisteme de t\u00e2mpl\u0103rie diferite, de termoizolarea individual\u0103 a unor apartamente \u0219i de repara\u021biile locale ale tencuielilor, ce dau un aspect dezolant cl\u0103dirillor, sc\u0103z\u00e2nd valoarea zonei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>Gheorgheni neighborhood, divided in two unitary and yet varied microdistricts, includes seven types of low, tower and slab-shaped apartment buildings, individualized by color. The colors have gone today, replaced by thermal insulation and by the motley palette used at the request of owner associations &#8211; a frequent situation in Romania. The<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 <\/span>neigborhood was remarkable for the clearly individualized buildings in each group, for the insertion of social, cultural and commercial facilities (one of them demolished) among housing units and for their unitary aesthetics. The general aspect is altered by the partially and randomly closed balconies, with different styles of frames, by individual thermal insulations and by local plaster repairs, that give the area a desolate air and downgrade its value.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1967.
