Shalagynov<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00centr-o structur\u0103 deosebit\u0103, tip cadru, au fost proiectate \u0219i construite cele trei blocuri de locuin\u021be colective de 11 niveluri pe bulevardul Moscova. Aceast\u0103 dezvoltare de blocuri cu spa\u021bii comerciale bine definite \u0219i \u00eencadrate corespunz\u0103tor, ce se deosebesc prin aplicarea unor detalii plastice bine structurate pe fa\u021bade, au format un \u00eenceput de perspectiv\u0103 pentru unul dintre marile cartiere ale ora\u0219ului. Ast\u0103zi, principalul pericol cu care se confrunt\u0103 aceste imobile este reabilitarea termic\u0103, cu schimbarea finisajelor fa\u021badelor \u0219i a propor\u021biilor plin-gol. De asemenea, aparatele de aer condi\u021bionat care puncteaz\u0103 aleatoriu fa\u021badele \u0219i balcoanele \u00eenchise neuniform cu PVC, cu diferite stiluri de sub\u00eemp\u0103r\u021bire a t\u00e2mpl\u0103riei, creeaz\u0103 o imagine dezordonat\u0103 \u0219i scad din valoarea general\u0103 a capitalei.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The three 11-storey buildings on Moscow Boulevard were designed and built on a special rigid-frame structure. The apartment buildings, that included well defined and delimited commercial spaces, are notable for the well-structured details on the fa\u00e7ades. They formed the incipient perspective for one of the important neighborhoods of the city. Today, the main hazard these buildings face is thermal rehabilitation, that changes the finishings of the fa\u00e7ades and the ratio between the opaque and the glazed parts. Also, the random air conditioning units dotting the fa\u00e7ades and the unevenly closed balconies, with differently partitioned PV frames, create a disorderly image and downgrade the general value of the capital city.<\/p>\n<p><span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construite \u00een anii \u201970.
