Cretoiu, Margareta Pinchis, Radu Patrulius<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>La intersec\u021bia Obor a fost realizat un complex de locuin\u021be colective cu cele dou\u0103 niveluri inferioare rezervate pentru servicii \u0219i comer\u021b. Blocul Bucur Obor, o realizare excep\u021bional\u0103 pentru acea perioad\u0103, formeaz\u0103 \u0219i acum cap\u0103tul de perspectiv\u0103 al C\u0103ii Mo\u0219ilor. Principalul neajuns cu care se confrunt\u0103 imobilul sunt lucr\u0103rile de reabilitare termic\u0103 finalizate recent f\u0103r\u0103 a se \u021bine seama de conceptul arhitectural al proiectul ini\u021bial. Grav este c\u0103 \u00eentregul ansamblu a suferit modific\u0103ri substan\u021biale prin schimbarea finisajelor fa\u021badelor \u0219i a propor\u021biilor plin-gol. T\u00e2mpl\u0103ria de aluminiu, o inova\u021bie la momentul inaugur\u0103rii complexului, a fost \u00eenlocuit\u0103 cu PVC, iar coloristica fa\u021badelor este \u00een prezent dominat\u0103 de verdele pal al tencuielii.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>A large residential complex was built at the Obor junction, with the first two storeys used for services and commerce. The Bucur Obor building, an exceptional construction for its time, still stands at the end of the Mosilor Road axis. The main problem the building faces is the thermal rehabilitation, recently completed without any interest for the original architectural concept. The worst part is that the whole complex suffered major alterations when the finishings of the fa\u00e7ades were replaced, changing the proportion between opaque and glazed parts. The aluminum frames, an innovation at the time, were replaced by PV joinery and the palette is now dominated by the light green color of the plaster.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construit \u00een 1960.
