MoldgiproGrajdanselstroi<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>\u00cen anii \u201960 s-au construit magistralele de acces \u00een capital\u0103 din patru direc\u021bii principale. Astfel, dinspre direc\u021bia Odessa, \u00eencep\u00e2nd cu 1966 a fost propus\u0103 dezvoltarea str\u0103zii Munce\u0219ti, cu blocuri de locuin\u021be de 4 niveluri. \u021ain\u00e2ndu-se seama de condi\u021biile seismice, au fost adaptate seriile 438AC la un tip de bloc cu 5 niveluri, folosindu-se materiale de construc\u021bie locale \u2013 piatra de calcar. Zona Munce\u0219ti a fost proiectat\u0103 cu toate dot\u0103rile necesare (microraion). Compozi\u021bional, blocurile se remarc\u0103 prin pozi\u021bionarea decalat\u0103 a barelor cu 5 niveluri, cu accente ale turnurilor cu 9 niveluri, ridicate spre sf\u00e2r\u0219itul anilor \u201960. Fa\u021badele laterale ale blocurilor tip bar\u0103 au fost decorate cu lucr\u0103ri enorme de mozaic, acum distruse par\u021bial. Cumulat cu starea de degradare general\u0103 a cl\u0103dirilor, acestea transmit o imagine dezolant\u0103 zonei Munce\u0219ti.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The main avenues entering the capital from four directions were built in the \u201960s. For the Odessa direction, the Muncesti Avenue development of 4-storey apartment buildings was planned and executed starting in 1966. Given the seismic conditions, series 438AC buildings were adapted for 5 storeys using local materials such as limestone. The development was designed with all the amenities of a microdistrict. In terms of composition, the staggered lower buildings are marked by the accents of the 9-storey towers built in the late \u201960s. The lateral fa\u00e7ades of the former were decorated with huge mosaics, now partially destroyed.
