Serban<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Ansamblul este extrem de interesant prin metodele inovatoare folosite, retras generos de la aliniament, cu spa\u021bii plantate \u0219i o plastic\u0103 deosebit\u0103 pentru perioada de final a arhitecturii staliniste. Un ansamblu construit special pentru diploma\u021bi \u0219i func\u021bionari de stat, avea un standard mult mai ridicat comparativ cu ce se construia \u00een societate. \u00cen etapa 1956-59 dezvoltarea a presupus trei blocuri bar\u0103 cu 3 niveluri \u0219i un club (ast\u0103zi proprietate privat\u0103). Dispuse liber \u00een linie, cu distan\u021be generoase \u00eentre ele, cl\u0103dirile formeaz\u0103 \u0219i acum frontul bulevardului Kiseleff, obturate discret de vegeta\u021bie. Unit\u0103\u021bile au intr\u0103ri principale complet vitrate, marcate de sc\u0103ri interioare ce permit un acces u\u0219or c\u0103tre cele dou\u0103 apartamente pe nivel, \u00een care \u00ee\u0219i continu\u0103 existen\u021ba modest\u0103 urma\u0219ii func\u021bionarilor de stat din perioada socialist\u0103.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0 \u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>An extremely interesting ensemble for the innovative constructive methods, the group of buildings is generously set back from the street front, surrounded by gardens and unusually decorated for that late Stalinist period. The buildings were designed to accommodate diplomats and state officials, having a much higher standard than the usual range. In the 1956-59 stage, it comprised three 3-storey slab-shaped buildings and a club (today in private property). Arranged in a free line, generously distanced, the buildings are still lining the Kiseleff boulevard, discreetly hidden by vegetation. They have completely glazed entrances marked by staircases allowing easy access to the two apartments on each floor, where the descendants of socialist public servants go on with their modest lives.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>Construite \u00een 1956-1959.
