Demolished in 2016<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p><!--more--><\/p>\n<p>Patinoarul a fost construit ini\u021bial \u00een estetica arhitecturii staliniste, ca \u0219i \u00eentreg Complexul sportiv 23 August. Cl\u0103direa era par\u021bial descoperit\u0103, element preluat de la teatrul de var\u0103. Construc\u021bia a fost finalizat\u0103 \u00een 1952. \u00cen anii \u201970 a fost reconstruit\u0103 \u00eentr-o plastic\u0103 modernist socialist\u0103, rezult\u00e2nd un volum simplu dominat de un acoperi\u0219 concav ancorat cu cabluri metalice. \u00cen prezent, vechea construc\u021bie, aflat\u0103 \u00een stare avansat\u0103 de degradare, a fost demolat\u0103 (f\u0103r\u0103 ca demolarea s\u0103 fi fost anun\u021bat\u0103 public), pentru a face loc unei construc\u021bii moderne cu aceea\u0219i func\u021biune. Proiectul selectat de autorit\u0103\u021bile locale, f\u0103r\u0103 vreun concurs anun\u021bat, e estimat la circa 100 milioane lei (22 milioane EURO) din fonduri publice. Construc\u021bia a \u00eenceput \u00een 2016 \u0219i se a\u0219teapt\u0103 s\u0103 se \u00eencheie \u00een prim\u0103vara lui 2019.<\/p>\n<hr \/>\n<p>The skating rink was initially built in Stalinist style, as was the whole 23 August Sports Complex. The building was partially open, a leaf taken from the summer theatre design. It was completed in 1952. In the \u201970s, it was rebuilt in socialist modernist style, with a simple volume dominated by a concave roof anchored by metal cables. Currently, the decayed old construction has been demolished (without any public announcement) to make place for a modern skating rink. The project, selected by local authorities without a public contest, is estimated at 22 million Euro, paid from the local budget.
