The main volume was partitioned into a public area, accessways, stands, playfield, with amenities for players organized on one side and one level. The roof structure was made of a reticular system of welded metal pipes. Today, the building serves as the local base for male and female basketball, voleyball and handball teams. The hall was initially designed with 2,200 seats on benches, and now has 1,400 individual seats. Besides the parasite constructions behind the hall and the naive sculptures installled in the fountains, the building is also altered by the aspect of façades, that need to be restored and brought back to their initial look.

Proiectată în 1969-1970.
